Order Policies

All orders are NON REFUNDABLE. 

Orders open online Monday at 10am. 
Last orders are Tuesday at 8pm.

Orders are made fresh and are ready for collection / local delivery on Friday evening. Orders MUST be collected between the set collection timeframe - 5pm - 6:30pm.

I offer local delivery for orders to WN8 or L39 postcodes. Delivery is an extra £2.50.

I complete all deliveries on Tuesday evenings between 7pm and 8pm. I do not delivery outside of these times.

Any orders not collected within the agreed time frame may be at risk of being resold. I will always try and contact you before reselling your order, however if I have attempted to contact you and has no response, then your order will be cancelled and ineligible for a refund. 

If you know you will not be home at this time, ensure you add details of your safe delivery place in the order notes.

Orders are placed using bank transfer. After you have placed your order, the bank details are shown on the confirmation screen. Any orders that have not sent their payment within 24 hours maximum will be cancelled.
