Where are you based?
I am based in Skelmersdale (WN8).
I will not be home for my delivery, what do I do?
If you know you will not be home for your delivery time (7pm-8pm), please ensure you have noted a safe place for me to leave your order in the special instructions box in your cart. If you were not aware of this upon order, please email info@ohmydoughuk.com or fill out the form at the bottom of this screen.
Can I order if I have an allergy?
I would not recommend ordering if
you have any allergies as I work in my kitchen handling lots of different ingredients such as eggs, dairy, nuts, soya, and there could be traces in every cookie. Unfortunately, I do not offer gluten or dairy free orders.
How long will my cookies stay fresh for?
All cookies are baked fresh the night before
collection/delivery and stay there freshest for about 7 days. Cookies can be left in there box, at room temperature, or cookies can be kept covered in the fridge and still eaten for up to 2 weeks later.
I always reccomend microwaving my cookies even for just a few seconds, to always have the soft fudgy texture - I especially reccomend this if you are storing cookies in the fridge.
Cookies can also be frozen for up to 3 months – they can defrost at room temperature or you can heat in the microwave.
What if I don't like the taste of my cookies?
I am sorry you do not like how they taste! Taste is very subjective, so we do not offer any refunds or replacements on any orders.
